The Origin of the Universe
There is two theory that explains how all of this began. The Big Bang Theory and the Steady State Theory. The Steady State Theory state's that the Universe always existed and would never end. However the Big Bang Theory state's that the Universe started by a huge explosion that scattered matter everywhere. The Red Shift investigation contradicts the Steady State Theory. The astronomers found that most stars are rapidly moving away from Earth. This is considered as an evidence that the Universe is expanding.
What is in The Universe?
There is only one Universe and it is made out of billions of galaxies. Our galaxy is called the Milky Way. Each galaxy has billions of stars or suns. Our solar system has one suns and orbited by planets. Our planet Earth is orbited by one moon.
